Calling All Letting Agents!

I am finding that locating a decent letting agent can be sometimes hard to say the least, that is not to say that estate or rental agents have a bad reputation it’s just I feel like they use the same service for each customer and don’t take the time to find out exactly what you want as an individual – moving house is a big deal and should be treated that way for us all. I was just going to write a blog post calling all letting agents Eastbourne , to change the way they offer their service and make sure they listen to their customers when I found Oakfield Property (online) so I gave them a call about a flat for my son, they took my details only the other morning and they have already found somewhere for him to view. I have to admit I have been proven wrong just as I am going to write this blog – these guys have been really nice, sincere and listened to what we both wanted (my son and I) and within a few hours potentially delivered too, obviously I have yet to see the flat but I have a feeling it will be what my sons wants as Oakfield did seem to listen to what we had to say and what we wanted. I know I know many of you reading this will be thinking ‘that’s probably the managing director of the company’ but hey ho what can i say – I just believe that when you get a good service you should shout about it.
